The method

What is Yumeiho?

A manual therapy system created in Japan and practised today in dozens of countries. The philosophy: restore the body's symmetry, and the pain leaves on its own.

History

From Japan to Baku

The Yumeiho method was systematised in 1978 by the Japanese specialist Masayuki Saionji. It combines ancient Eastern manual techniques with modern anatomical knowledge.

Its core principle: most chronic pain stems from a loss of symmetry in the pelvic bones. When the pelvis tilts, the spine curves and muscles load unevenly — producing back pain, headaches and posture disorders.

A Yumeiho session unwinds that chain: the pelvis is realigned, tension along the spine is released, and the body returns to its natural balance.

Benefits

The four pillars of the method

Spine and pelvis symmetry

Pelvic alignment is the heart of the method — when the body’s foundation is level, the spine finds its place.

Deep muscle release

Tight muscles are released with specific pressing and kneading techniques, improving circulation.

Drug-free approach

No medication, no injections, no devices — only the therapist’s hands and correct technique.

The body as one system

Yumeiho treats the body as a whole system, not a collection of points — head to toe.

The session

What to expect at your first session

  1. Conversation and examination

We listen to your complaints, check posture and symmetry, and locate the source of the problem.

  2. Therapy

The session takes place on a special mat, in comfortable clothing. Techniques are applied in sequence — starting from the pelvis and moving through the whole body.

  3. Recommendations

After the session you receive individual advice on posture, sitting and movement habits.
